Scott Michael Neiman and his daughter were injured in a crash on Highway 97 Wednesday night when a commercial truck lost control on the icy road and slammed into their pickup. Moments later a second truck, unable to stop in time, crashed into Neiman’s pickup as well. The Neimans were trapped inside their vehicle for over two hours while emergency workers tried to free them. Scott suffered serious injuries and was taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center for treatment, said police. His daughter received minor injuries and was also taken to the hospital.
The drivers of the commercial trucks were unhurt.
