Truck Accident Lawyer

On the afternoon of August 26, 2008 a truck rolled head on into a McDonalds’s in Grand Prairie in Texas. The restaurant is located at Interstate 20 and Grand Southwest Parkway.  The 18 wheeler rammed into the outlet and created a 20 foot wide hole in the side of the building.

The truck was driven by 43 year old Adrian Vasquez. It is believed that the driver failed to properly engage his brakes.

The debris of the impact site caused injuries to two McDonald’s employees. One woman was taken to the hospital on a stretcher. The other woman was taken by a car to the hospital. Both have since been released. The cause of the accident is not known and is being investigated by the police.
